What CMS's and Platforms are supported?

We support most of the major platforms. A few would be WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Magento, Wix, and plain old HTML websites.

Can I have more than one site with a single plan?

No, each plan is connected to one site. Additional plans come with a discount.

Can I cancel the renewal of my subscription at any time?

Yes, if you decide to cancel you won't be charged and your existing subscription will end a day before the next payment was due.

Is my data secured?

All servers are protected by OS-level firewalls that filter out malicious traffic and keep out the intruders.

Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Yes, you can up upgrade or downgrade at any time.

Will my site be “down” while you work on it?

No, your website will not go down while I work on it. All changes are done in a development environment then pushed across once tested and fixed.

How long does it take to move my site over?

This takes about 24 hours.

I already have hosting what should I do?

You have two options, I can move your site over to my SSD-Based Servers or you can keep your existing hosting account.

How do I enter Tickets?

I use a ticketing platform that allows you to enter tasks and I set them as in progress, in review and done once they're finished.
